Benji Wiedemann is Co-founder and Executive Creative Director at brand and business consultancy Wiedemann Lampe. With over two decades of experience, he helps brands and organisations unlock cultural impact, defining their role and influence in modern society. His work spans governmental consultation, amplifying cultural institutions such as Louvre Abu Dhabi, British Library, and New York State Parks, and guiding businesses through major transformations, including IMI Media and Etisalat’s transition to e&.He also founded Wiedemann Lampe Gallery, an exhibition space in London dedicated to graphic design and its neighbouring art forms, curating shows and talks that celebrate design’s transformative power.As custodian of the Otl Aicher Archive, Benji curated Otl Aicher: The Legacy Archive (2025), featured in Creative Review, Wallpaper*, Eye Magazine, and Design Week. He is now developing a global touring exhibition to share Aicher’s philosophy of design for social good.Benji has written for Creative Review, Growth Business, PRINT, Arts Professional, and Campaign Middle East, and appeared on The Purpose Podcast, Unknown by Uncommon, and My Life in Design. His work has earned D&AD and Transform Awards. He is also a design judge, lecturer, mentor, and advisor to cultural organisations.
