Rachel Elnar is a creative producer and design leader who builds communities where creativity feels deliberate, not accidental. As Founder and Director at Together By Design, she develops strategic branded experiences and digital programs that connect creative teams and audiences in ways that feel personal, memorable, and worth showing up for.

At Adobe, Rachel built and led a portfolio of digital event programs for creative customers in the B2B space, developing content and experiences that drove engagement, loyalty, and the occasional sense of wonder. She also produced Creative Jam LIVE, which brought together more than 100,000 designers and students each year to test the limits of both creativity and caffeine. A longtime AIGA member and current National Board Director, Rachel co-hosts Cheers & Tiers, a podcast exploring how nonprofit leadership quietly prepared designers for almost everything else.
